Patches like https://review.gluster.org/16897 should get their Fixes: keyword linked to https://github.com/gluster/gluster-block/issues/

This has already been proposed for the glusterfs project in Gerrit, this would look similar for gluster-block.

This is slightly different from gluster's requirement. But it's sorted out for gluster-block now.
