Description of problem: Cannot browse to /pub on https Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.2.6 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. curl https://my.capsule.exmaple.com/pub Actual results: 403 Expected results: list contents of /pub Additional info: This was originally fixed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1198741 i believe.
