In order to Enable TripleO to Deploy Ceph via Ceph Ansible as per our Pike goal [1] we will need a new Mistral workflow in TripleO common which triggers ceph-ansible.

This RFE doesn't require a test case, as it a part of the major effort to integrate Ceph-ansible with OSP director.
