Description of problem:

add search query for next run configuration exists highlight.

thus, web ui should have query for following ovirt-shell variation:

  list vms --kwargs "next_run_configuration_exists=True"

currently, clients can't sort, search just vms with this highlight.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have vms with that little triangle highlighting vms needs reconfiguration
   after cluster compat level change or similar
2. sort or search just vms with this highlight
3.

Actual results:
not possible in web ui

Expected results:
add at least search query

Additional info:
i doubt sorting column would be doable, unfortunatelly

Raising severity, as keeping such VMs running is not recommended. Users need to easily tell how much of them exist, so they can plan power cycles for them all.

it's not a regular entity field so it cannot be done easily. Would probably require a specific hack to handle this particular case
Also, see bug 1436577 and we also miss search on cluster compatibility level
