gzip'd flat log file for dnf upgrade

Description of problem:

"dnf -y upgrade" gives numerous error messages relating to conflicts for files like /usr/lib/.build-id/6f/d870b6e4129246f3d64800353d5a77f156b66a.

Affects kernel-devel as well, if installed. You can manually uninstall the old kernel packages first and then the new kernel will install. See also bug 1433565.
