FYI, it seems to be a dependency of web-ext (https://github.com/mozilla/web-ext) which is the tool to build WebExtensions. I'm considering packaging it, but it looks like the dependency tree is huge: https://www.npmjs.com/package/web-ext?activeTab=dependencies . I might review this at some point, but I'm just mapping out the work for web-ext right now.

Nodemon is already in Fedora, so I have personally no further motivation to package this. Feel free to re-open if there is any other motivation, but closing now.
