Hello Kenny, we're aware of this issue and with RHEL 6.9 you shall not see this warning.
Moving to ON_QA in order to test this.
Verified with compose from 20170523 on RHEL 6.9 (we require up to date system). No warning is displayed anymore. The ecj package has been installed.
