Description of problem:
During fresh install the package ecj is not being installed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 5.8

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run fresh install ./install.pl
2.

Actual results:

There are some packages from Red Hat Enterprise Linux that are not part
of the @base group that Satellite will require to be installed on this
system. The installer will try resolve the dependencies automatically.
However, you may want to install these prerequisites manually.
Do you want the installer to resolve dependencies [y/N]? y
* Installing Satellite packages.
Warning: yum did not install the following packages:
        ecj

All packages to be installed

Satellite 5.8 beta 

[root@ktordeur-sat58 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.8 (Santiago)

[root@ktordeur-sat58 ~]# rpm -q ecj
ecj-4.5.2-3.el6.x86_64

Hello Kenny,

we're aware of this issue and with RHEL 6.9 you shall not see this warning.

Verified with compose from 20170523 on RHEL 6.9 (we require up to date system).

No warning is displayed anymore. The ecj package has been installed.
