checkboxes overlap

Description of problem: The UI layout needs to be adjusted on data centers -> logical networks -> new page. The checkboxes on the cluster tab are slightly overlapping the text. Please refer attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to admin portal.
2. go to data centers -> logical networks -> new
3. go to clusters and observe the layout.

Actual results:
The checkboxes on the cluster tab are slightly overlapping the text.

It could use some more spacing in 4.2-master as well. See screenshot 'checkbox space master

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
