Description of problem:
spacewalk-data-fsck incorrectly identifies for removal SRPMs that are associated with RPMs in a channel. If used with the -r option spacewalk-data-fsck will remove the SRPMS.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.2+


How reproducible:
Run spacewalk-data-fsck when SRPMs have been loaded and matching RPMs are present. 


Actual results:
The SRPMS will be removed.

Expected results:
The SRPMS should remain if matching RPMs are present.
