Description of problem:
If user tries to add an expression to a new condition he'll see an infinite spinner

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Control --> Explorer
2. Go to Conditions --> Container Image Conditions
3. Press Configuration --> Add a new Container Image Condition
4. Press on the ??? button

Actual results:
An infinite spinner appears

Expected results:
Not sure what's expected but definitely not an infinite spinner

Added evm.log
