No changes are needed on our side. PEGTL is a dependency of usbguard and will be pulled into composes automatically.

Maybe because there is nowhere in the name/description of the bug anything about buildroot and we are doing QE for RHEL-7 variants and not for anything called buildroot.

The package PEGTL-devel is indeed present in the buildroot, so I am marking it as VERIFIED.
