Registering

Description of problem:
Register an host with 'vdsm-tool register' and just trying to approve it I get an error 'Cannot edit host'. See the attached screenshot.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. register an host with vdsm-tool register
2. try to approve it from the engine
3.

Actual results:
Cannot edit host, see the attached screenshot

Expected results:
It successfully deploys the host

Could you please try to reproduce with 4.1.1? This may be the same issue as in BZ1416845

According to Yaniv approving host in engine 4.1.1 is working fine, so closing as duplicate
