There is no activity on the system and the dnf process is stuck in

futex(0xffff8953b750, FUTEX_WAIT, 2, NULL

From the suggestion on another bug I ran

db_stat -CA -h /var/lib/rpm

which is attached.

How reproducible:

Happened twice.

Steps to Reproduce:

sudo dnf install fedora-release fedora-repos fedora-logos --best --releasever=26

sudo dnf update --best --allowerasing
