Description of problem:
We would like to be able to monitore the ovirt-engine process.
This requires adding ovirt-engine process to collectd process plugin  on engine machine.

kibana query to see stats:
"collectd.plugin:processes AND collectd.plugin_instance:ovirt-engine AND ovirt.entity:engine"

verified in collectd.plugin:processes AND collectd.plugin_instance:ovirt-engine AND ovirt.entity:engine
