Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

On systems with the nscd daemon enabled, the getaddrinfo() function in glibc could access uninitialized data and consequently return false address information. This update prevents accessing uninitialized data and ensures that correct addresses are returned.
