pulp has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
        python2-pulp-client-lib-2.12.1-1.fc26.noarch requires python-okaara < 0:1.0.36
On armhfp:
        python2-pulp-client-lib-2.12.1-1.fc26.noarch requires python-okaara < 0:1.0.36
On ppc64le:
        python2-pulp-client-lib-2.12.1-1.fc26.noarch requires python-okaara < 0:1.0.36
On aarch64:
        python2-pulp-client-lib-2.12.1-1.fc26.noarch requires python-okaara < 0:1.0.36
On ppc64:
        python2-pulp-client-lib-2.12.1-1.fc26.noarch requires python-okaara < 0:1.0.36
On i386:
        python2-pulp-client-lib-2.12.1-1.fc26.noarch requires python-okaara < 0:1.0.36
