Description of problem: On Ansible credentials add page, flash message contains "e.resources[0] is undefined".

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Automation --> Ansible--> Credentials
2.Click on Configuration --> Add credentials
3.

Actual results: Flash message contains "e.resources[0] is undefined"


Expected results: It should display proper flash message.

There is proper flash message is present after adding Credentials.
