Scope / Description:
The goal of this feature request is to be able to deploy the overcloud nodes on diskless servers where storage is being provided to the overcloud nodes by a SAN using FCoE.

A scenario could be described as following: 
Booting overcloud nodes from LUN presented by SAN and configured to be the boot device in the BIOS of a diskless server.
