Description of problem:

Trying to upload srpms into a custom repository yields error:

{"errors"=> ["Error uploading an RPM.  The specified file is a source rpm"]}

pulp supports srpm repositories, enable the feature in Satellite too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create custom product -> repository
2. Upload a srpm into the repository using hammer. Will trigger: "Failed to upload file 'src.rpm' to repository. Please check the file and try again."

Thanks for this request. Since Pulp already supports SRPMs, I'm changing the component so work can be done by foreman/katello.
