[RFE] External Auth - AD - samba-common-tools and deps missing from appliance.

Description of problem: External Auth - AD - samba-common-tools and deps missing from appliance. We should ship these installed by default instead of making the admin install them. We already have other AD deps installed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.2, 5.7.2.0, 5.8.0.7 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
