Wrong page title

Description of problem:
The title of the Ad hoc metrics page is "Container provider" should be "Ad hoc metrics"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to ad hoc metrics page Compute > Containers > Providers - pick a provider - toolbar Monitoring > Ad hoc Metrics
2. read title of page

Actual results:
Title is "Container provider"

Expected results:
Title is "{$name} (Ad hoc metrics)"
