IPv6 /24

Description of problem:
Before I made any changes at all to the configuration, when I bring up the appliance_console summary screen it has an IPv6 address value of "/24"

5.8.0.9-alpha2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run appliance_console
2. Notice that IPv6 has a value of "/24"
