Description of problem:
The AuditLogType.HOST_CERTIFICATION_HAS_EXPIRED has no entry in the AuditLogMessage.properties

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the engine and wait for the Certificate Checker to run for a host with an expired certification.

Actual results:
No description for the event.

Expected results:
A proper description

The missing message wasn't added to the original RFE Bug 1188759.
