Description of problem: In Last Refresh status of Cloud Storage shows "undefined method `each' for nil:NilClass".

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Storage --> Object storage --> Managers
2. Go to Configuration and Initiate Refresh Relationships and Power States
3. See Status Block on Summary page.

Actual results: Last Refresh shows Error - 13 Minutes Ago
"undefined method `each' for nil:NilClass"
