Description of problem:
With Openshift provider, In Compute=> Containers =>Container Images
which is supposed to have ""Perform SmartSate Anaylsis"" sub-menu with ticking OCP image list. Smart State Analysis can only be started from the details page of every Image"

Yes it is same issue, you can close this case if you are already working on bz 1440566.
