Description Sandro Bonazzola 2017-04-12 07:46:00 UTC
rhv-dependencies ships apache-sshd 0.12.0
0.14.0 is already available in Fedora (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=840531)

We should build apache-sshd instead of shipping it within rhv-dependencies.

Upstream 1.2 is already available (https://mina.apache.org/sshd-project/downloads.html) - who's maintaining it in Fedora and are there any plans for a major update?

NO, is not in my plans for now

Comment 4 Sandro Bonazzola 2017-04-13 12:59:55 UTC
Blocked on missing build dependency mvn(org.apache.tomcat:tomcat-jni)

this artifact is available in tomcat-lib 8.0.X. You should upgrade also
Tomcat packages for this branch

Comment 8 Sandro Bonazzola 2017-05-29 14:27:08 UTC
In upstream bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1441528#c3 it has been asked to keep apache-sshd in binary form within rhv-dependencies so closing this as won't fix.
