Cockpit is currently available only for x86_64 architecture, 
there is no build for ppc64le hosts for 4.1.

Or build with ppc64le need to be added, or documentation should mention that cockpit is supported only for x86_64 hosts

Updated text in preparation for it to be added as a 'Known Issue' in the GA Release Notes.
