Description of problem:
When using 3.6 client with 3.5 server, the `oc run` command can't work with error:
 User "xxxx" cannot create apps.openshift.io.deploymentconfigs in project

features: Basic-Auth GSSAPI Kerberos SPNEGO

openshift v3.5.5.5
kubernetes v1.5.2+43a9be4

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use 3.6 client login 3.5 server and create project;
2. Use 3.6 client command to create DC:
   `oc run testdc --image=openshift/hello-openshift`

Actual results:
2. Met error:
User "xxxx" cannot create apps.openshift.io.deploymentconfigs in project

With --loglevel=6, oc run outputs:

The command works well with 3.6 server.

Below command also cannot success if use oc 3.6 to connect 3.5 server:
oc expose svc frontend:
Error from server (Forbidden): User "wzheng" cannot create route.openshift.io.routes in project "wzheng1"
