Description of problem: with latest build of 2017-04.12.4 deployment is failing with following error message:

Additional info:

Tested on simple 1:1:1 (Compute:Controller:Ceph) deployment and composable role.

This bugzilla has been removed from the release and needs to be reviewed and Triaged for another Target Release.
