Keeping modified, please check placement of tpm-tools itself I believe we want to be in sync there. @security-tools is not available on ComputeNode by arch. decision I'd respect that.

Moving to VERIFIED, the package is present in compose RHEL-7.4-20170426.4:

The presence of the package name in comps is tracked in bug 1437781.
