Screenshot showing bad placement of buttons.

Description of problem:
When viewing the ad-hoc metrics UI. 
The pagination arrows and text boxes do not align and seem out of place. 
Please look at screenshot for clarity

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add Openshift provider to CFME
2.Enable C&U Role
3.Navigate to Compute --> Containers --> Providers. Click on the Provider
4. Click on Monitoring --> Ad-hoc metrics

Actual results:
Ad-hoc metrics page is shown with misplaced buttons/text box. 

Expected results:
UI - UX should be clear and buttons should appear in places that make sense for UX.
