Please add the changes needed for the t_certauth.py test

Description of problem: In RHEL-7.4 a new upstream test was added t_certauth.py, but that test can not be executed because some prerequisites are missing. These are the needed commits: 8bb5fce69a4aa6c3082fa7def66a93974e10e17a d520fd3f032121b61b22681838af96ee505fe44d 5a1d0388ba2e4ec510ed715ce5fbc7f748941425 The last commit also includes p12 binary files, which can not be patched, but these can be copied separately, when tests need them. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): krb5-1.15.1-7.el7 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just run "make check"
