Description of problem:
There are class instance variables on Chargeback classes that may hold whole OpenShift environment. For customers with huge environment this is problematic as the 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7+

How reproducible:
deterministic, have 100_000 containers and see the reporting worker memory consumption never going back

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run chargeback report
2. Watch memory consumption
3.

Actual results:
Memory consumption is kept high.

Expected results:
Memory consumption should went down
