Description of problem:

Section 3.2.1 of the Ceph Installation guide step b discusses the optional method of using the device parameter to specify the devices the OSD nodes will use. Under this section we should also mention that if no devices are specified the osd_auto_discovery: true option should be set in the osds.yml file.

This is covered in a later section 3.2.4 but would be good to mention in initial section 3.2.1 and revert back in 3.2.4 for details.
