oc get project --logleve=9

Description of problem:
When running simple oc command against free-stg env, oc is timing out.

vlaad@Vikas-Mac openshift-origin-client-tools $ oc version
oc v3.6.0-alpha.1+46942ad
kubernetes v1.5.2+43a9be4
features: Basic-Auth
error: server took too long to respond with version information.

vlaad@Vikas-Mac openshift-origin-client-tools $ oc get project
Unable to connect to the server: net/http: TLS handshake timeout

1. create project in free-stg
2. run builds etc
3. oc get project times out sometimes

Timeout

should list projects
