perl-WWW-Mechanize-1.84-1.fc27 fails to build in F27 sometimes because a test fails randomly:

t/select.t ................. ok
#   Failed test 'ENV taints OK'
#   at t/taint.t line 25.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 6.
t/taint.t .................. 
Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Failed 1/6 subtests

The test is bad because it assumes all %ENV elements are tainted and this is not true.
