Description of problem:
After installing shutter, it does not open.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type shutter in a terminal window
2. You are show the error: ERROR: imagemagick is missing --> aborting!

Actual results:
Error message

Expected results:
Opens the application

Additional info:
After installing the ImageMagick package, this program works fine. Should this be added as a dependency to shutter?
