Description of problem:

Upon an installation of an updated package dictd-server-1.12.1-14.el6 the following complaint shows up:

service dictd does not support chkconfig
warning: %post(dictd-server-1.12.1-14.el6.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

That is because this script tries '/sbin/service dictd condrestart' but a correspoding scripts is for systemd instead of sysvinit which is present. Oops, wrong environment!
