Description of problem:
Smart management tags are not show on current format on the following views:
1. Routes
2. Container Services
3. Nodes
4. Container Templates
5. Image Registries

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Compete -> Containers -> Pods/Nodes/Routes...
2. Set new tag (

Actual results:
The tag appear in incorrect format

Expected results:
The tag have to appear on the following format: "category: tag1, tag2, etc"
