Description of problem:
Part of tag edit page is missing after click on 'Reset' button, tag page opened from item list view

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.11

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add service item
2. Open list with service items
3. Select service items and open edit tag page
4. Set some tag
5. Click 'Reset' button

Actual results:
Area with selecting tag is missing

Expected results:
Tag should be reset

Additional info:
Also, reproduces with service bundle
