Description of problem:
Cannot select single host, as checkboxes not available

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.11, 5.7.2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add infrastructure provider
2. Navigate to add group page
3. Switch to 'Host&Clusters' tab
4. Expand the provider tree
5. Check Hosts

Actual results:
Check-boxes for hosts are missing

Expected results:
Checkboxes should be present for every host

Checkbox is added but another issue exists
