I have just installed Red Hat 5.2 on my LAP-TOP machine
Digital HiNote VP 700 (233 MHz, 2 GB HD, 64 MB RAM, 2MB XGA
card). I will use this machine to marked and show Red Hat
LINUX for KEY developer (seminar).
The machine with X-Windows works fine, but when I connect it
to a external monitor it's all black on the external
monitor. If I have alfanumeric screen (terminal-screen)) it
works fine on the external monitor. If I install Windows 95
or Windows NT it works fine on external
monitor. My LAPTOP screen is 1024x769 XVGA. The buttons to
redirect to external monitor do not work on Red Hat 5.2, if
it is a X-Windows screen?
