Currently the ovirt-engine-metrics package requires the ovirt-engine package, which in turn requires the PosrgreSQL database, the Apache web server and the WildFly application server. In order to make those dependencies optional a new ovirt-engine-core package will be introduced (see bug 1439518) that will contain all what ovirt-engine used to contain except those dependencies. But that won't work correctly if this packages still requires ovirt-engine, because ovirt-engine requires this package. So, to break that loop, this package should be changed to use ovirt-engine-core instead.

The ovirt-containers project is now frozen. Simplifying that project was the reason behind this bug. Consider closing it.
