RHEV bug to track: 1424782

Description of problem:
There's a missing backport for ovirt-provider-ovn package which includes the firewalld XML configuration file for RHV version 4.1.1.

In addition, please fix the current patch to set file permission mode: 644 (-rw-r--r--) instead of 755 (-rwxr-xr-x) on the XML file. This is what is set on other oVirt supplied XML files (ovirt-https.xml, ovirt-postgres.xml, etc.).

bug mentioned in #c6 has target release 4.1.3, but this bug is for target release 4.1.2 and it is included in erratum, thus blocking release, could you please check dependency on BZ#1424782 and change target release appropriately (+ retarget erratum as well )?

The upstream bug missed 4.1.2. So this bug, as well, is going to wait for 4.1.3. It should be taken out of the erratum, unfortunately.
