jenkins-2.46.2-1.el7 built.
Will update bug when this is ready for images.

jenkins-2.46.2-1.el7 rpm has been built.  It is available in the 3.6 puddles and in the openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7:v3.6.71-1 or newer images.
