Description of problem:
In latest builds of CFME 5.8 it's impossible to execute targeted refresh
of embedded ansible repos (from repo list view only).

Latest 5.8 builds

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Automation -> Ansible -> Repositories
2. Select one or more repositories from the presented list view
3. Execute targeted refresh

Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
Targeted refresh should happen.

Verified in 5.9.0.2.20171010190026_0413a06. Refresh in repo list works as expected.
