The inventory implementation on the Java-side of the Middleware manager has changed.
This change needs to be brought forward to ManageIQ/ Cloudforms.

This requires bumping the hawkular-ruby-gem to version 3.0.1

Issues was created for cfme-5.8 version to support Inventory in Metrics.
cfme-5.9 also supports Inventory in Metrics.
