Description of problem:
Hello!

It's not possible since 4.1.2 to search hosts and vms by tags if a tag has underscore in it's name, f.e. tag_1.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a tag with underscore in its name
2. Assign the tag to host or vm
3. Search for a tag: https://engine/ovirt-engine/api/vms;case_sensitive=true?search=tag=tag_1

Actual results:
Empty response

Expected results:
Response with found elements.

In what version? 
Anyhow, this doesn't seem high severity to me. 
Reducing to medium.

We have recently fix BZ1409849, so not sure if only storage domains were affected before or all entities.

It worked until 4.1.2 (e.g. 4.1.1).
