This bug is presumed fixed in upstream candlepin project with version candlepin-0.9.54.21-1. Satellite 6.3 latest build is on: candlepin-2.1.11-1. Please see the cloned bugs in bz description.

If you see this issue persist in Satellite 6.3, please feel free to reopen this bug".
