rhel-7: most images share same /etc/machine-id (ec2 was exception)

Description of problem: This is request to zero /etc/machine-id file in order to force systemd to rebuild machine-id on first boot. Since we did create single image with static machine-id and distributed it across all of our customers.

Affected images server-rt, kvm guest-image. Fix was actually backported from ec2
